BOKONE BOPHIRIMA GOSPEL MUSIC AWARDS

BBGMA Awards are made to celebrate the milestone of the North West Gospel based artists as well as South African Gospel artists. The awards are created to support, develop, encourage, build, motivate, recognize and empower our various and upcoming local Gospel artists. The BBGMA Awards are dedicated to promoting, exposing, and celebrating talent through recognition and awarding them. This is not to create competition amongst our local artist but rather an event that shall honour and recognizes local talented and hardworking upcoming, local gospel artists of all races focusing on different languages such as English, Afrikaans, Setswana etc. as well as different cultures within the province.

About us

BOKONE BOPHIRIMA Gospel Music Awards (BBGMA) is a registered Non Profit Company (NPC) (2019/564969/08). BBGMA as it is also known, is the North West (Bokone Bophirima) based Gospel Music Awards founded on the 08 November 2019 by Dr. Thapelo Donald Kgabage whom is a North West youth and influencer based in Potchefstroom, whom is a Professional Accountant registered with number of professional bodies. The awards have been established as a form of giving back to the North West Province community, Corporate Social Investment and also as a form of social impact and contribution to the people of North West Province. The founding director has been involved actively in promoting Gospel music artists and their music across South Africa as well as hosting and being actively involved in the Music industry.
